This was the first time I had the opportunity to photograph twins and I could not have had more fun with Devon and Kayla. Identical? Um, yes. Seriously, the only way I know them apart is by their outfits. When I met them again for the the ordering meeting, I had to find out which was Devon and which was Kayla and then remember who wore which outfits. =)

This is Kayla….

Kayla is bubbly, outgoing and ready to go! She has been a cheerleader for 10 years, adores shopping, and loves being around people. Free time? Curling up with a blanket and reading a book. Favorite magazine? Cosmopoliton. An extra $1000? Shopping spree! So where does she shop? American Eagle, J.Crew (My fave!), Forever 21, Gap, and Francescas (everybody is talking about this store!). Must have or possibly die? Cell phone. Kayla loves kids and is planning on attending college to become an elementary teacher. Someday she would love to get her masters in psychology and become a guidance counselor. Her dream job is to someday own a bakery or restaurant.

And Devon, dear…

Devon is always up for a good time, bubbly, loves smiling and helping others. She has been cheering for 10 years and can’t remember when was the last time she watched a sport from the stands. On the go, Kayla is also president of the Keys Club. Free time? Nothing beats curling up with a good read on a cold day. Favorite magazine? Cosmopoliton or People’s. Extra $1000? Shopping spree, of course! I am pretty sure Devon and Kayla shop together….they both love the same stores. Always gotta have? Cell phone, unless everybody she wanted to talk to was with her. =) Fave snack? Sweet candy peach rings or salty Fritos. Devon plans on attending college to become an elementary teacher and eventually a school principal. Her dream job is to someday own a restaurant with her sister….something to represent their “twinness”.

You can tell these two are best friends and spend lots of time together by how similar their interests are. They told me they have never spent more than a weekend without the other!

I said it before, but I will again…I love my seniors. I have such a heart for these guys. I consider half of my job to be connecting, learning about them…who are they, what do they love, giving them permission to feel great about themselves.

Abbie was another senior I adored…

Abbie’s had some heartaches in her life, but she continues to shine and put her heart into life.

Kirsten is a sweetheart!

Kirsten is outgoing unless meeting new people, then she can be a little shy. She laughs easily. She tells me she gets hyper when she is tired and this brings out the giggles! =) She thrives on hanging out with friends and going to movies or out to lunch with her girls. She absolutely loves to swim and being around water. Someday you may find her living at the beach.

What makes her happy? People magazine. Shopping lots of places but especially Forever 21 and Franchescas (I gotta check out this place. I have never been there, but I have heard rave reviews from lots of my senior girls.) A must have? Hair straightener. Something she never did? Visit NYC, but will someday.

After graduation, Kirsten is hoping to attend West Chester University to major in nursing. Her dream job is to work at Womens and Babies Hospital in the NICU. As sweet and genuine as Kirsten is, I know she would make an excellent nurse!

Devin.

Today you get to meet a musician, actor, and just a super-duper nice guy.

Devin loves musical theater, dancing, acting, and singing….even writing and recording his own songs.

If he had extra cash, he would spend a weekend in New York City….seeing Broadway shows of course.

Plans? He got them. After high school he will be attending a liberal arts school for Musical Theater. After college, Devin plans to make the big move to New York City where he plans to live for most of his life! =) See? Has plans. And I love this about him…focused with goals and determined to put his all into reaching them.

Devin rocked his outfits and worked the camera with ease. My job? Find the light and snap the shutter. =)

A little about Jade…

Free time is spent hanging out with family, friends, shopping and eating. =)

She is a girly-girl that loves to shop. H&M, Delias, Forever 21, and JCrew. However, when it comes to sports she is far from girly-girl.

Her favorite magazine is the tabloids. Gotta love following the celebrity world!

Got the munchies? Jade loves slim jims. She says, totally unhealthy but so worth it.

If she had an extra $1000, Jade would be flying to LA to see her brother and then go shopping with the left over cash.

Camera and cell phone are with her at all times…texting and taking pics are essential.

After graduation, Jade will be attending college for speech pathology. Her dream job is to own a practice in speech pathology.

Jenessa pulled it off beautifully. =)

Some of Jenessa’s favorite things to do? Going to a good concert, driving with the windows down listening to country music, and creating good times with family and friends. After graduation she is planning to go to college for communications and would love to become a journalist. Her dream job is to be a host on the Travel Channel. =) If you need a little “pick me up”, Jenessa recommends an iced latte from Dunkin Donuts and a muffin from Giant. Random, yes….yummy, I am sure!

A beautiful personality with a heart that shines. And gorgeous eyes.

Hanging with family and friends is the best. American Eagle and Maurice’s make her happy. A cell phone and makeup are essentials. College is coming up after graduation. She rocks volleyball and soccer. Her brownies are to die for. She never had a broken bone. Loves being involved in High School Spring musicals. And my favorite…her dream job is to be a stay-at-home mom.

This is Morgan. She is a sweetheart.

Morgan requested that we shoot at a playground and this photo turned out to be one of her favorites. =)

She is my cuz and I think she is kinda adorable! =)

Dana seems to love people. All kinds. And never misses an opportunity to meet somebody new and make another friend.

She loves soccer, volleyball, outdoors, traveling, and spending time with others.

So where does she find her great outfits? H&M, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, and Tj Maxx are favorites.

Favorite magazine to chill with? Gotta be People’s.

If she had a random $1000 bucks to spend? A laptop and new pair of shoes, of course.

After graduation, Dana is planning to attend nursing school to become an RN.

Her dream job? To be part of a traveling medical team. This seems to fit Dana perfectly.

This is Dana.

Quiet, shy, creative, dependable, sensitive, hard-working, and trustworthy.

If she has free time Kayla will find a calm, relaxing corner and get lost in a book or she will grab her basketball and shoot for hours. She loves reading Cosmopolitan…the confession pages make her laugh.  If a snack is needed, a Nutrageous bar is perfect. Amen. Kayla is looking forward to college after graduation and can’t wait to leave the country someday and travel.

Happy weekend, everybody!

Some people have hearts that seem to explode with laughter, personlity, and a zest for life that just cannot be made up.

It has to be there authentically. Just part of who they are. No pretenses.

That is the first thing I noticed about Ellie and what I remember the most as I looked back at these photos…

Ellie is bubbly, always smiling or laughing, outgoing, and willing to do almost anything for you.

How does she love spending her time? Either with family or working on “an amazing piece of magic”…also known as a vehicle. Yup, you heard right….she loves vehicles! After graduation she plans on going to Wyo-Tech to continue learning about vehicles. Eventually she would like to open her own shop and do custom paint and street rods. Her dream job is to work with Chip Foose and paint a vehicle with him. Gotta be honest, I don’t know who Chip Foose is, but I am sure Ellie knows all about him! =)

She loves country music, line dancing, and meeting new people. And even though she may seem like a tom-boy, she LOVES shopping…especially American Eagle. She NEVER goes without mascara or misses an opportunity to get all dolled up! Ellie told me, “I am constantly learning something new about myself and growing everyday to be the young woman I need to be.”

You can’t help but love Ellie!
